Hair, Skin & Nails

Hair, skin and nails, like the rest of our body cells, consist mostly of protein, including keratin, collagen and elastin, which keeps skin soft and supple, and provides elasticity and strength.

Protein is an essential part of our daily diet to build and repair muscle and bones, along with other nutrients including vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation, selenium to maintain normal skin, copper for normal hair pigmentation, and zinc to maintain normal hair, skin and nails.
